I swear I'm hungry all the time...Jerky seems to work for me. Anyone who
wants some REALLY REALLY good jerky- I order mine from-
http://www.aameats.com/ They sell Beef and Turkey Jerky and other stuff-
(they sell sugar free too) Maybe they will give me $10 for posting this
(hehe)
Best wishes

First of all WOW! I can not beleive how much weight you lost in a year. I
am down 104lbs in 11mos. I want to loose another 15lbs but it is coming off
real slow now. Pre-op I was not a big meat eater. Now I am because I know
my body needs the protein and I find small quantities very filling.
Sometimes for a snack, my hubby will make pimento cheese and put it on a
slice of deli sliced salami and make little roll ups. A few of those really
fills me for a while and gives me a good protein boost!

You don't say whether you are limiting yourself to 3 meals a day with
nothing in between, but if you are, consider having a small snack between
meals. A piece of cheese, a few nuts, some jerky, deli meat, etc., make
good snacks and help keep you from getting too hungry. I'm definitely not
talking about grazing here, just adding a couple of small high-protein
snacks to help stave off the hunger pangs.

Ground beef. I make it w/ Taco seasoning. This is the winner hands down
for me. Eggs stay pretty well too.

Bread and Red meat do it for me. Bread is the biggest thing though. It sits
forever in my pouch. Good luck!
