Question:
Dumping- Does honey affect you like sugar?

Yes...I would think that it'd be as bad. I don't eat concentrated sugars or honey so I can't tell you from experience that dumping on honey is better or worse than dumping on sugars...JR

Honey BBQ sauce was the first thing I ever dumped on, so I would have to say yes. RNY 9/02 was 213 now 138.

everyone is different and time sometimes changes things. i can eat a cookie but not a low sugar cereal and i can have sugar or honey on tea. but never alot of it. each of us tolerates things differently. just take it slow and always remember this surgery is a wonderful tool.
