Congratulations on doing so well. You are well on your way to a healthy
new life.
I went from 346 to 226 in 6 months and didn't lose an ounce for two months.
Then in a matter of 3 weeks, I lost 27 pounds. You have hit a plateau and
that is normal. Just make sure you are getting in all your fluids, plenty
of protein and limiting carbs (especially white carbs like bread, pasta,
potatos, etc). I am 16 months post op and still get between 50 and 60g of
potein daily even though I have reached goal (my doctor's, not mine).
If you are exercising, you might increase that too. I really don't know
about that because I couldn't do much because of severe arthritis. But if
you follow the rules, you will lose the weight. And, don't get discouraged
and start eating the bad foods. Plateaus happen, unfortunately.
