Has anyone gotten health net as an individual while obese?

Hi, I am trying to get health net because i hear they approve WLS most of the time. Has anyone gotten health net while obese? And if so what was the plan (PPO 500, 2500 etc.) thanks for any replys.    — shawna M. (posted on April 6, 2003)
