Question:
Do you think I might have a vitamin deficiency? My feet and hands hurt and feel cold
They tingle like when your exposed to extreme cold or when circulation is decreased. I take monthly B12 shots, calcium 1000 mg, and prenatal vitamins. Anyone else experience such problems and how did you obtain relief. Thanks for any info. — kcraig (posted on January 28, 2003)

You might want to look into two things (that I can think of). See if both
your potassium and iron levels are ok.
I'm slightly anemic which is making me cold. Also my hands (and other parts)
tingle some when my potassium drops. (Low potassium can be really
dangerous). Anyway, at least check those two things out with a blood test.

I know of quite a few people in our group that have cold feet and hands(only) and we have been
checked out and are ok, it is just something that has happened to us since
we had the surgery. None of our docs can figure out why.

Not enough calcium, but that's probably nothing to do with what you're
dealing with. When were your last labs? Do you also take a coupla of multi
vites equal to Centrum? How much B1,2,3,6 in your prenatals? Do you have
osteoarthritis? Do your fingers/toes actually go white (bloodless)?
