Question:
What will BC of CA PPO cover re plastic surgery?

Has anyone recentl yused BC of CA PPO for TT or other surgeries. I am wondering if they cover anything else..breast lift, arms, thighs? We just switched ins and I am nervous.    — Maureen R. (posted on January 12, 2003)

Well, I haven't used it yet, but my policy says they will cover reconstructive surgery. My doc told me that he would help me "make it" reconstructive. They won't pay for cosmetic surgery though. I have BC/BS CA PPO. Look in your policy exclusions and limitations guidelines. Hope this helps!! Ann Lap RNY 11-25-02 318/270
