Question:
I would love to know what the number codes are in my approval letter.

Does anyone here know how I find out what the codes are for? I was approved for procedures 43846 & 43659. I have no idea what this means. For all I know it could be a wax and shoe shine lol. Thanks for any input.    — Red T. (posted on October 2, 2002)
