Yeah, Jamba Juice drinks are full of fruit, and contain a lot of natural
sugars (fructose). Many people dump from all sugars, even the natural ones
like fructose and lactose. I, for one, wouldn't even try to drink more
than a little bit of a Jamba Juice drink, so be careful.

Hi ,
I am 19 months post op and I occassionally drink a small Jamba Juice. I
didnt try one until I was almost 12 months out though, because they are
very high in sugar. I do ok with them as long as I drink them slowly..and
they are tasty :).
Good luck,
Eva

I used to work there...all the juices are LOADED with sugar, including the
sorbet and ice cream that are put in there. They are good, but you're
better off asking for a small carrot orange juice. It's sweet, yummy, and
freshly squeezed from the fruit/veggie so you can see that there are no
additives...sugar or otherwise. :)

I do a lot of protein supps, but my criteria are pretty strict. It must
deliver 30g protein, under 200 cal, less than 6 g sugar in a drink that can
be easily mixed with a small amount of water (4-6 oz). My personal fave is
32g protein, 160 cal, 0g sugar.
