I am going to be moving to Conover, North Carolina.

This is really sudden...I have to begin a new teaching job on Sept. 16. I am only 4 months post op and have no idea how to go about finding a doctor for follow up care. Any one out there living in the Hickory, Newton, Conover area??? I would love to hear from you about doctors, support groups, info about the area, etc. Thanks for any help you can give!
