Question:
I have made 5 phone calls in 2 e-mails to Walter Lindstorm

I need help and he doesn't return calls I need help getting denial over turned and ended up having to go to regional appeals by myself because I can not get a hold of any one at his office just answering machine. Is he still practicing??    — kathy B. (posted on July 10, 2002)

I had trouble with email also. Yesterday I called and talked with Mrs. Lindstrom. She said they have been having some trouble with email so she was glad I called. She also said they have done some traveling. Don't give up. She was very nice and helpful.

In my personal opinion, Walter Lindstrom and his office have become very routine in their services. He sends out the same propaganda after someone submits their $750.00 - $1,000.00 to him and more often than not, I hear "their exclusion in their policy was air tight" and we end up worse than we were in the beginning. Look for an attorney within your state - someone who works with insurance matters. I contacted the best attorney in my state for the exact same reason and if I would have wanted to dish out the money - he assured me that NO insurance policy is "air tight". I had to outweigh if I wanted to spend the money on fighting the case or spend the money on getting my surgery handled. I panned out close to $30,000.00 and just had it done and I couldn't have given myself anything better...each day seems to bring me to a brighter place and a more peace filled place where health is leading the way.
