Question:
Could this be a HERNIA?

I have already gone through the Q&A's and did not find what I need. Just below my belly button I have this lump that seems to be devided in to two sections. Like there is a valley in between. NEED MORE INFO, BUT A HERNIA IS A SOFT BULGE THAT STICKS OUT MORE WHEN YOU COUGH OR STRAIN AND USUALLY BUT NOT ALWAYS WILL DISAPPEAR WHEN YOU LAY DOWN
