Question:
Can some one direct me to a good source of information regarding calories burned?

I'm looking for a chart that would tell me the number of calories burned for specific exercises. I know that you burn 7 calories per minute of walking but I want to know about how many calories I will burn during a low impact aerobics session, swimming, cleaning house, Etc. The most wonderful website I know of is fitday.com. Not only will it tell you how much you burn for exercises (ANYTHING you can think of ;-)), but it will allow you to put in foods you have eaten for the day, in any quantity, and has a large database of foods to choose from, or you can customize your food choices. It is a great way to remain accountable for everything you eat!

Ditto Jennifer.I use FitDay everyday (http://www.fitday.com) It not only analyzes your exercise, and graphs your wt loss, but breaks down your intake of calories, fat, carbohydrates, and protein intakes for the day.
