Question:
I am having trouble geting my long ter disability to pay. any suggsetions?

After having WLS, I had my gallbladder and appendix removed. To make a long story short,the doctor found a tumor and I was diagnosed with cancer. I have been out of work since July 2001. My long term dsiability does want want to pay because they say I went on leave for an elective surgery. I explained to them that this is consdiered elective by some, but there are criteria one must meet. I feel that they are going to deny my claim. I really don't know how to proceed.
