Self Pay in Oklahoma.

OKAY THE WLS IS NOT COVERED BY MY HUSBANDS INSURANCESCan anyone tell me of a self paid insurance company that I can purchas that will cover WLS and how long I need to be on the insurances before it will allow me to have the WLS?
