Insurance approval varies. It is dependent on many factors. I suggest you call BCBS of ND and ask them how long they expect that you'll receive a reply from them and, of course, hopefully approval! Good luck

Thanks! I did call they said that they get 15 working days once they receive the letter from the surgeon
