Question:
What is the limit on amount of fill?

Ive had 7cc and am still in "light" fit, haven't gotten to "right" yet, so i've just lost 10 lbs since my surgery in May. How much more fill can someone get.    — TROUBLEnTX (posted on November 26, 2010)

from what I've had heared about the band is that it depends on the size of the band

Elrita, there are two different companies that make bands, in several different sizes. It will depend on how many CC's your band will hold. You need to ask your surgeon. It really sounds like you do not have enough fluid in your band. Good luck!

I had my surgery in May also and I have lost 53 lbs. I have a Realize band that holds 12 cc's and I'm at 8.1 cc's now. I'm tight, a few bites and I'm done. I can't eat more than 1/2 a cup. What types of food are you eating? Are you getting your protein and foregoing the carbs?
