There is the cottage cheese test for pouches.. Then alot of Rny,s going to
the revision board because they have gained back there weight, and are
being converted in to DS. The last choice, start all over like back to
basic,s.

In 2005, your surgeon gave you the tools for your weight loss. I would say
just use the tools and the knowledge again. Try to get back on track with
how you were eating before you gained the 50lbs. Good luck.

You wil have at least two miserable weeks of withdrawls to get back on
track. It really is worth it. The pouch is still working you are just
finding ways to work around it. Not hard to do. You need to cut out the
carbs. Just protien and veg. Do this for two weeks. Then slowly add new
foods. you know your worth it and all the hard work will pay off.
