Everyone will lose weight at different rates. While you are working out,
you may be gaining alot of muscle. Honestly, you've lost 65lbs, I think
that's awesome. When I feel like I am plateuing(is that a word? anyways) I
always go back to the 1st week diet, do one week on that, and then do the
phases that way. I dunno if it'll work or not, but it seems to work for me.
Good luck! :)

I am also 4months out and have lost 67lbs. Remember everyone is different
when it comes to weight loss. When I notice that my weight loss is low for
the week I try to switch things up with my diet and workout routine and
make sure I am getting plenty of protien & water in.

Iam 5 months out and only lost 64 pounds. I didn't lose any weight for
about a month and was frustrated. I was getting enough protein in either.I
increased protein and started to lose again. I also was going to physical
therapy for my back and exercising more, so also could be from muscle which
weighs more. MY doctor's office says people usually lose 10-20 pounds per
month for first 6months or so. I have seen people on here that have lost
large amounts quickly, but everyone is different.Don't worry, it'll come
off in it's own good time. Keep up the good work. JoAnn
