Hello Carolyn and congradulations on your new journey!!! I am only 8 days
out and I can totally understand what you are feeling. I do not know about
taking the Gas X medication but what I do know is that walking is the best
treatment. Also when I would lay in bed I would do some deep breathing
exercises, this also helps to move the gas. I hope this has helped and
believe me in a few days you will feel great. Take care

I too have tried all the OTC medication for gas but really nothing much is
gonna work. If you can stand to lay on your side sometimes that will move
the gas and give you some relief. Just walking and time, i promise it will
ease.

Walking helps also my surgeon told me to march in place lifting knees high
and bend at the waist side to side and front to back to get the gas to
move.

Congrats on your surgery. I am 10 days out and when gas gets to a problem
walking helps me the most. Gas x my surgeon said is the best for us to use.
Hope this helps. Good luck

I've read on SWLcenter.com that Devrom is the best stuff to take for gas of
any kind. Check out the site and go to the section titled: "What's
That Smell?" Can get it w/o a prescription. Check out the website @
devrom.com Hope this helps.

Congrats on your surgery I am 1 wk after surgery. The gas will finally ease
up. My surgerons office recommended Gas-X
disposable strips. They work great.

Gas-x strips are great for the post-op gas.

Hi I am just alittle over 4 weeks out and boy is that feeling still fresh
in my mind. The gas I had was so painful that I called my surgeon and she
recommended I wish you all the best....Keep on plugging at it!
