Question:
What does everyone take for a cold after rny?

I took Thera*%&- sugar-free for my cold. I think it worked somewhat. But I also bumped up my Vitamin C and B-12. It helped quite a bit, as it seemed to lessen the duration of my cold. But then again, everyone is different. Good luck!

Tylenol Severe Cold (daytime in the daytime and nighttime at nighttime). As far as I was told - we can take anything Tylenol makes as it is easy on our pouches.

Haven't been sick enough to take anything for 5 years...I usually double/triple up on Vit C and Zinc Lozenges...At the first sign of a cold I use ZiCam..Tylenol for headaches...Nasal Irriagation for sinuses...Tea and sf cough drops for throat...

You can buy packets of EmergencyC. You can find them at Walmart or many other stores. They do not contain sugar. I do not know if they will cause dumping, so I would try it slowly at first.
