Who takes Cen Cal Health formely Medi-Cal

I have Cen Cal Health, formely Medi-Cal, live on the Central Coast, told UCLA is where I would go, and that there is no surgeon in Fresno Area that takes my insurance, new at this and dont know where to start, anyone have lap band covered my medi-cal and is it hard for them to pay for surgey....Thanks!
