You can go to fitday.com and sparkpeople.com, I know forsure that
sparkpeople.com have excercises that you can look at and if i'm not
mistaken they have video's on how to do them properly. I know personal
trainers can be expensive, but look into just one session and tell him or
her what you want to work on and create a workout around that. Good luck!

See your PCP they should be able to set you up with some physical therapy.
After all yours is a medical problem thats what insurance is for

Ever since I started walking and doing my tae bo my back has gotten a great
deal stronger and now I have almost no back pain! Yay! However, yours
might be a different problem and it could be associated with your breasts
and stomach skin. Check with your PCP as any documentation about any
problems will help your case when it comes time to remove the excess skin
and have yr insurance pay for that! Good luck and God Bless!

In my opinion Swimming/Water Aerobics are the best exercising.

Hi Bonnie, thanks for writing. I looked at your profile, and I don't know
if medicaid will help you, but I do think that perhaps you need to see
someone about skin removal. I don't know how bad it is for you, but I am
seeing in my mind a 445 pound woman going to 300 pounds (Praise God!). Wow
that is such a wonderful weight loss! You must feel so much better. You
have lost a whole person girl! I know your body is suffering because of
the skin though, and especially if you have larger breasts, all of that can
cause you to hunch over quite a bit. Walking while holding your abdomin
in will strengthen your back. Doing pelvic tilts will strengthen your
back. I don't know what you are doing for exercise, but you can add these
two simple things and it helps, but I think you have real skin issues and
need to get seen about it:)
Take care. Patricia P.

I'd suggest going to see your primary care doctor about this. Sometimes a
stooped or bent over posture can be caused by bone changes (especially in
the spine). If it is determined to be a muscular problem, your doctor can
refer you for physical therapy.
