Question:
Morning Sickness
Hi guys! I am over 3 years post op & I *think* I might be pregnant. Ever since surgery I cannot physically vomit...So, my question is, is it possible that instead of vomitting for morning sickness (or "all day sickness") I would get diarrhea instead? Thanks for your help!!!! — Binxalways (posted on November 8, 2005)

If I were you I would just go buy a pregnacy test and take it. That way if
you need to make an appointment you can with whatever doctor you need to.

I guess I am just lucky, I have both diarrhea and vomitting, lol. Please
got get a home test and rule it out. Found out yesterday I am expecting.
I bought mine at the Dollar Tree, and went back and bought another, just to
be sure! Let us know if you are.

I have never heard of having diarrhea instead of morning sickness. You get
morning sickness because of the surge of hormones in early pregnancy and
that makes you feel nauseous and have an upset stomach. I had 2 kids
before surgery and had morning sickness, and had one after and also had
morning sickness. Some people don't have any morning sickness. I also have
never heard of someone not being able to vomit after surgery. That was all
I did for the first 2 months!
