Question:
tea Smooth Move

Has anyone used the tea Smooth Move for constipation? Is is ok to use?    — MARSHA D. (posted on August 27, 2001)

I tried it twice. The first time it worked and the last time it did'nt. Plus it tastes awful. But if you like black licarish, you will probally like it. From my use of it, I personally don't feel it worked for me and it is expensive too.

Hi - Early post-op I used Smooth Move Tea....and when I told my surgeon, he told me NOT TO USE IT. He said even some of the so called "Natural" remedies have stimulants....he recommended Milk of Magnesia and to increase my fluids. However, all Doctors have different beliefs.....Good Luck
