What can I do just denied by magna care BMI 27 WT 213 and sleep acnea

Usually, most insurance companies require a Bmi of 40 or greater with at
least two comorbidities - like sleep apnea, diabetes, hypertensive, etc.

Call your insurance company and request their medical policy on the gastric
bypass. It will explain what they require to cover the procedure.

Does this insurance company also have any exclusions to WLS? Many do, plus,
what policy w/i the insurance company the employer paid for.
But do agree with the others posters about the BMI and co-morbids. Most
insurance companies don't like paying for $30,000+ surgeries, as WLS is, if
they feel it's not needed.
