Question:
Measuring myself?
What is the proper way to measure yourself?. I have the tape measurer that the Bariatic nurse gave me but as with most things Im scared to ask how to use it. Do I measure with the side of the smaller numbers or that of the lager numbers? — [email protected] Folston-Johnson (posted on June 4, 2010)

There are no stupid questions. So next time you go to the clinic as them to
show you just what you should be measuring. Since I am a seamstress I would
think the large numbers are inches and the small are metrics. You can track
your measurement under the health tracker and I think there is an article
about how to measure your self. Or I know that Realizemysuccess.com (It is
free and for any type of WLS patient too) has a measuring area that gives
details about how to properly measure. Neck upper arm chest waist hips
thight and calf.

The larger numbers are inches and the smaller numbers on the other side are
centimeters. If you are in the USA, you would use inches. Good luck with
thoses inches melting away.
