Insurance In New York

Hello I was just wondering if anyone in New York has Affinity Health Plan. I have medicaid and affinity health plan is my hmo and I am wondering if they are very hard to get and approval and how long it takes for them to approve for surgery?    — sjbenji2 (posted on July 9, 2009)
