Question:
Anyone had issues with adrenals and balancing sodium and potasium after surgery?

I had VSG surgery 2 months ago and I have recently had problems with my adrenal glands hurting and not making enough hormones and my potasium is high and sodium is low. It caused me to have heart palpitations and to feel odd enough I went to the emergency room but everything came back ok for my heart. I have been waking up feeling tired and kinda weak and have been having some mild heart palpitations. Has anyone had anything like this.
