Question:
Can anyone recommend specific arm exercises to help firm up post-op sagging skin?

My daughter has me doing over-the-head "free-weight" pull-ups.
You used either a 5 pound barbell or a five pound container of
SOMETHING.... use an empty bleach bottle or something with a handle and
fill it with 5 pounds of water... and sitting with your back straight and
your tummy pulled in, with BOTH hands, raise the weight or container over
your head. Slowly lower it down BEHIND your head. Then slowly raise it
back up over your head again. Repeat. I started out doing this 10 times,
then resting for a minute and doing another set of 10. I am now up to 5
sets of 10, with a 7.5 pound weight. It's supposed to help the "bat
wings", and also your "back fat". You can also go to
www.SparkPeople.com (it's free) and sign up, and they actually have
exercise videos you can watch for cardio, and strengthening and toning any
part of your body. They use the balance balls and bands quite a bit, but
it should give you some great ideas. Hope this helps!
