Question:
Has anyone experienced dumping with Stevia?
Stevia is the "natural, zero calorie sweetner". — KEDIA (posted on March 6, 2009)

"With its extracts having up to 300 times the sweetness of sugar,
stevia has garnered attention with the rise in demand for low-carbohydrate,
low-sugar food alternatives. Medical research has also shown possible
benefits of stevia in treating obesity and high blood pressure. Because
stevia has a negligible effect on blood glucose, it is attractive as a
natural sweetener to people on carbohydrate-controlled diets." (and
diabetics) That taken from Wikipedia...

I LOVE IT!!! I actually grow it organically in my herb gardens. I crumble
or mottle the leaves for teas and water with lemon...It is VERY sweet with
a slight bitter taste in it's natural plant form. It's weird because the
sweet does not register as soon as it hits your tongue and then WHAM! LOL a
super sweetness floods your mouth, but it doesn't taste like sugar..It's
just "sweet" if that makes sense! It's really nice....The powders
and drops are usually bitter free and say so on the package. They say that
chewing on the leaves or using the plants "water" also prevents
cavities as it is antimicrobial, antibacterial, antiviral, and antiyeast.
"A water extracted stevia (also)showed it prevented dental cavities by
inhibiting the bacteria Streptococcus mutans which stimulates plaque
formation"...They are making toothpaste with it now as well! Coco-cola
is the company that is now introducing it to the mainstream rather than to
just health food addicts like myself who shop in weird little markets and
stores... I have been waiting years for it to explode on the market and
it's finally coming! YAY! NO...no dumping at all and I dump on artifical
sugars and sugar alcohols as well as real sugar and milk sugar(lactose)...
