Depends on your BMI. Most surgeon's and insurances require a BMI of at
least 35+ and some even require a BMI of at least 40. Your's is only 30.7,
so I would say doubtful, but do research and speak to your doctor. Good
luck and God bless!

Check with your doctor within your insurance company. It sounds like you
may have some co-morbid conditions to may qualify you if your BMI is under
40. That is what most insurance companies do. But not every insurance
company is the same.

Plus most people STRETCH when getting height measured, just a couple inches
less in height changes BMI a lot. Why stretch and disqualify yourself? just
stand normally when getting height measured, most people shrink as we age,
from spinal compression.

most dr's and insurance companies require you to be atleast 100+ lbs over
your ideal weight and a BMI of over 40.

You have a BMI of 30.6. This indicates that you are Obese.
Your BMI is generally high enough to qualify you for bariatric surgery if
you have comorbid conditions such as diabetes (type II), hypertension,
sleep apnea or other potentially life-threatening diseases.
The table below shows value ranges and what they mean:
Range - Meaning
Less than 18.5 - Underweight
18.5 - 24.9 Normal
25.0 - 29.9 Overweight
30.0 - 39.9 Obese
40.0 - 50 Extremely Obese
over 50 Super Obese
