Hi Melissa, I am not sure if the previous link is the same as the one I am thinking of...anyway, I found a plateau buster on someone else's profile and copied it to mine for when I need it, check my profile and read it all there. Good luck!!! You can do it!!

Just eanted to say that I am a year and a half out and have come to a plateau, but I cannot eat all that you suggest for a plateau busiting diet!
