Question:
what types of protein drinks are allowed?

What types of protein drinks are allowed? I would like to use the ones from the medically supervised weight-loss program I tried to on before surgery. Their protein drinks are good; since I mix them, I could add Whey to increase the protein even more and keep the water down to 8 oz.    — Jack05Sprate (posted on April 17, 2006)

I actually like the Muscle Milk from GNC - the 17oz container has 34g of protein in it. It comes in vanilla, banana and chocolate. choc is my fav. GOod luck!

What are the stats on it? How much protein, how much sugar? My rule of thumb is for 30g of protein (when made with water), I get less than 6g of sugar. Not concerned with fats. And that it is whey protein and will shake up in 4-8 oz of water. I can add ice and jazz it up, of course, but those are the basic criteria for me.

I found a unbelievable protein liquid, you get 15gms protein for only 2 tablespoons. This is the highest protein possible with out drinking a whole shake, pure protein and no sugar.
