I am well over two years out, but I found the same thing happened to me at about the same time. I started to get hungry more often. In fact, my husband laughs at me because I am always announcing that I am hungry. No, it is not head humger, it is the real thing. Just do your best to make good choices.

Try tracking what and when you eat for a few days (fitday.com is a great, free, online tool for this). Are you still eating more protein than refined carbs? If too many refined carbs have snuck back into your diet, rebalance it to protein. Protein will stay in your pouch longer and help you feel full longer. While your body needs carbs, too many of the refined ones can lead to cravings and genuine feelings of hunger. Also see if you are spreading your food out throughout the day. Plan out a menu for the day (so you know how much protein and carbs and how many calories you're taking in), and be sure to spread your food out over five or six servings. Waiting too long between meals/snacks can increase hunger, too. Try to work it out so that you have three meals and two or three snacks (make the snacks protein-based like cheese, nuts, deli meat, etc.) each day. Also, how much are you drinking, and when are you drinking? Drinking with meals, or soon after, will help wash the food out of your pouch sooner, and make you feel hungry. Also, sometimes you feel hungry, when you're actually thirsty. So, try drinking something when you get those hunger pangs. Get at least 64 ounces of non-caffeinated liquids a day--more is OK. Best wishes.
