Vita4life.net (ask for a free sample). I gagged on all the powders and samples from most places. Vita 4 Life .net saved me. I order the honey flavor by the case. Then I mix 1 packet (which = 30 gm. liquid protein) with about 7 oz. of water and a couple of ounces of flat-diet-orange-soda.

I had the pharmacy where I work order it. I got the Protienex (how ever it is spelled) that is advertised here. The taste is tolerable...if you refrigerate it, it gets too thick...but @ 15g protein for 2 tablespoons -- I deal with it. I am sure you can probably get a pharmacy to order it for you.

I just purchased 6 bottles of the 16 oz bottles of Proteinex from Walgreens but you can call Lloerns Pharmaceuticals and order through them. I have been experiementing with it. It's bad by itself but if you mix 8 oz of Minute Maid pulp free orange juice with 8 oz of water and 2 tablespoons of the Proteinex, it's really quite good. I plan on this being my "drink" after surgery! I heard that if you up your protein to 90 grams or better a day, you won't have as much hair loss. Anybody know if that's true?
