Question:
will aetna cover plastic surgery if what the surgery is for is causing problems?

I have type 1 diabetes, and with all the shots and stuff it has caused very bad cellulite/fatty tissue on my lower abdomen. it sticks out six inches further than the rest of my abdomen(just about the same as my breast stick out) and it has caused mental, medical, and physical problems for many years. I have tried so many diets, exercises, body wrap treatments, and even contour belts but it wont go away AT ALL. ): I developed an eating disorder in 7th grade after many other kids and even teachers asked AND accused me of being pregnant! the last thing on my list is surgery. I met with a plastic surgeon last year and they totaled up the price but I can not afford it alone even if I do it without Anastasia.
