Two years post-I need some ideas , please share your favorite soft and/or unusual mea

I eat a lot of crustless quiche with a small salad on the side, I do a lot
of cottage cheese w/ canteloupe sprinkled w/ Cayenne (sounds gross, but
it's very good), ricotta w/ splenda, chili, Fage 0% w/ craisins and some
other fruit mixed in w a splenda, home made roasted soups pureed to a thick
consistency w/ protein powder (unflavored) added, apples w/ naturally more
peanut butter & flax spread, strawberries dipped in sugar-free
chocolate pudding. Those are many of my staples right now. I also eat a
lot of Tilapia. I enjoy Salmon, but lately it has been a little too fatty
for me and I don't feel so hot after I eat it - it just depends on the
day...good luck!

I'm only about 15 weeks post RNY, but one of my favorite things to make for
myself is an egg beater omelet. I put a slice of Kraft Deluxe 2% cheese,
some salsa, and a little diced ham. I can't eat the whole thing yet..still
only at 4 oz, but yummy. It is my sat and sun breakfast every week.
