I was told that if this happens to start over with the liquid diet and go
on like that to kind of restart our body. I don't know if this works
because I havent tried it yet

Robin,
Have you talked to your nutritionist to have her review what you are eating
and when? Mine has an open door policy and I can leave her a voicemail.
Have you changed anything in your diet or exercise pattern. Maybe you are
getting too much of something from somewhere. If you find out what it is
please share. Don't forget to call that nutrtionist or does your provider
have a follow-up.

You will bounce between 3-5 lbs due to water retention (that time of the
month) and perhaps you have been eating a lot of salt. But most woman in
their child bearing ages, will have some sort of window they stay between.
Just the daily activity, we can swell by the end of the day. But if you
start gaining more than 3-5 lbs, then check your diet, and log what you
might be eating. For a small amount of gain, I wouldn't worry about it
really to much, but you can try to lower your carbs, and bump up your water
intake and excercise. Just monitor your food for awhile, you might catch
something that could be the trigger, if not from water retention.
