You might want to try the 5 day pouch test. It was developed by a wls
patient to get your pouch working again as an effective tool for your
weight loss. www.5daypouchtest.com Some post-ops use it once a month to
stay on track. It takes you back to the basics, how you ate immediately
post-op. Good luck.

I had RNY 2 1/2 years ago. I've lost 136 popunds. A friend of mine who had
RNY 2 years before I did, warned me that self control was going to have to
kick in eventually. Lately I've lost that "full" feeling I'd
always had post surgery. That may be what is happening to you. That lack of
feeling full all the time scares me too.

Hopefully by now you have your eating on a system so you know how much to
eat during the day. You will have to eat with greater care as your body is
not going to tell you when to stop. Set up your servings for the day and
keep to what you set out. Look at what you have been eating to plan a weeks
schedule of what to eat.
Remember protien first and try not to panic.

It is normal after the 18 months for your stomach to settle at what it is
going to be in size depending on your eating habits. I personally have had
2 pregnancy's since RNY and after each about a year after I had
Sclerotherapy which worked well to shrink the stoma that stretched with
normal pregnancy. Then I felt fuller. It could be the size of the stoma or
your pouch size itself. Endoscopy is the only way to measure it other than
the pouch test.
