I am 4yrs out and have lost 132 pounds I started at 353lbs . I just posted
as well I have not lost anymore I know lot has to do with the fact that I
can eat more things then I use to and eat much more. I am at lost b/c I
want to get these 40 or so lbs off- I tried going back to basics its not
working I feel hungry more often if I eat like I did in the begining. So

I also had that problem being stuck at a weight...Thats when you have to
exercise because those are stubborn pounds. I also had to increase my
liquid intake and protein intake. Then all of a sudden I dropped off
20lbs...when building muscle you convert fat into muscle your weight loss
stops, muscle weighs more then fat..but then you will drop off a bunch at a
time.
I hope that helps. Good Luck!!

I just think It is an balance between Calories and protein.
I stoped loosing and the doctor said I should eat more as i was at 870 cal
.He said to take It up to 1100 and that did it the pounds are comming off
again..

If you are following the rules & not losing weight you probably need a
fill.
