Question:
How do you begin to journal? I want to start writing my thoughts like everyone else.

You can journal your thoughts in your profile, under where it says General Info (update your Profile here). There is a box there that says Comments. Journal in that box to your heart's content :)

I don't journal on OH, but I do have a surgery blog. It's public and family reads it so I am not as negative as sometimes I would like to be, but perhaps that's good. Hi :) Go to www.tickerfactory.com and click on Weight Loss. It will then ask you for your info, current weight and target weight. Then you just need to go through and pick your bar, and mover thingy. When done configuring your ticker, copy the HTML code and paste it into your profile. Hope that helps :)
