General Foods International coffee has decaf, sugar free, fat free coffee
flavors. I haven't had issues with coffee creamer mix with decaf coffee
but since I found the above why start using creamer.

Hello,
It depends on how into cappuccinos you are. Do you Pull your own esspressos
and make them or do you just use the store boughten stuff? If It is store
bought cappuccino General foods international makes some good sugar free
flavors. Those are the ones in the small tin boxes. Then there is Hills
Brothers sugar free French vanilla cappuccino mix with is also very good.
Plus there is quite a few sugar free creamers than you can use as well for
flavoring. If you make the real thing with espresso there are also Sugar
free syrrups that you can get at Walmart. Hazel nut, French Vanilla and
Kaluah I believe. Just add one shot of the syrupp to your shots of espresso
and then your Frothed Milk. If you would like me to teach you to make the
real thing give me a yell by e-mail I will be glad to help. I work at a
coffee bar and I have a lot of sugar free recipies for cappuccinos, Lates
you name it. Your WLS friend Jo. e-mail [email protected]

Take some cool whip FREE, and put it in the bottom of your coffee cup, then
add your hot coffee on top of it. Add some splenda to taste...
It foams up, its not bad. I have it often.

I'm with Linn. I use International Food coffee as well. It does the job
good enough.
