Question:
Has anyone ever had side affects from not getting enough B12? Like foot pain ?

Foot pains? B12? Has someone tested your B12 and found it low? Would this be like cramping? Has anyone tested your potassium or calcium levels in your blood? I've not heard any corelation between B12 & foot pain, but B12 administered in the MUSCLE (not just under the skin) is 100% absorbed & many feel the effects within hours.

Could it be bursitis pain? Is it under your foot? I had a bad cause of this shortly after surgery -- had to drink lots more fluids.
