Hi, I'm sorry you are having trouble losing weight now, but be patient. I'm
going on my 8th month and lost 80 lbs. I've been on a plateu for a couple
of months. But there ups and downs. My hardest moments were the first 5
months but u need, NEED to sit down and write everything that you intake.
My Dr recommended 100grams of protein and plenty of fluids. I also went on
3-4 walks a day. The walk were only 15 min walks but at least I was mobile.
Try walks and the higher protein kept my hunger at bay. The walks I think
boosted my metabolism and felt purposeful. Try these things and see if they
help you as they helped me. My vsg is the best thing I did for my health.
Relax and u might even stress too much to let the weight loss happen. Don't
forget to write down all u consume. U might just find a fault there just
like I did. It's easy to consume calories just by drinking them. That's
were I went wrong at first. Good luck and I wish u success.

Your stomach is still healing and your body has a lot of adjustments to go
through. Be patient and concentrate on getting into the habits of protein
first, water, vitamins and small amounts of food every day. Your average
loss is 3 lbs. per week, which is terrific for being just a month out. We
all had the same concerns at first. Don't worry you're doing fine.

Rest assured, you have been sleeved! Congrats! I think your body is taking
time to heal. Just be certain you are doing all you are required to do
with your dietary supplements, exercize, and taking all of your fluids. I
had revision surgery 13 weeks ago and have lost 39.5 pounds total. This
includes the 13 pounds I lost about a month before I had surgery--I am
averaging about 10 pounds a month, which my doc says was very good.
Revisions differ in the way we lose weight--mine was an old bypass that
failed about 6 yrs ago. To date, I am the first revision from bypass
surgery to vertical sleeve gastrectomy. I love the sleeve!
