Okay I am only speaking for myself, I had great weightloss, but I followed
my Dr and NUT's weightloss plan to a T. I wasn't allowed any carbs until I
lost 75% of my weight, I was allowed to eat vegetables and my protein. I
sort of stayed on that regime until I lost all my weight. Once I added
carbs, and I try only to eat complex carbs my weightloss slowwwwwwed down a
lot.
I suggest you see your NUT.
Good luck

Also, do you exercise, I try to walk daily for around 45 minutes. I just
had plastic surgery and I can't walk for 6 weeks and I am sort of freaking
out.

Hey there! Congrats on your success!! I was 450 at my highest. I have
now lost 230 pounds. I lost more than i weigh. I kept my protein to 60
grams and my fat under 20 grams. i had as little carbs as possible. Tho i
do admit to being caught without lunch on days were they asked me to fill
in at the last minute and i had those smart one things and that had carbs
in it. but for the most part. protein protein protein. and when i got in
the protein, i allowed myself some veggies. later when i had a sweet
craving, i would allow myself a little bit of fresh fruit and the craving
went away. I walked and walked. I drank 64+ ounces of water. (im a
crystal lite fan) You may need to tweak your protein. I am not sure. I
know that i am not a year out yet...but i am getting close. as i added
weights to my exercise routine, i had to increase my protein to 70 grams.
also, when the scale slowed, i noticed that my inches were decreasing. So
one thing that might help is to measure yourself and not just rely on the
scale. talking to your doc or NUT is a great idea. You are not a failure.
You aren't doing anything wrong, and if you are, you know and you can
stop. There is hope! keep going!!

It sounds like you're going through a stall. We all go through periods
where we lose really, really, really slow.65 lbs since April 27 is a lot of
weight to lose in a short amount of time. Your body is readusting and it
needs to do this every so often. Remember, you had surgery 3 months ago.
Also, at this stage of the game, you might not be losing lbs, but you are
losing inches.
