Question:
Does any one know where to get Carnation instant breakfast NSA in Niagara Region

Does any one know where to get Carnation instant breakfast No Sugar Added in the Niagara Region. I have looked at Walmart, No Frills, Freshco and Zerhs in welland and Shoppers, Walmart and Freshco in St. Catharines. Help Please. I am going for surgery on the 29th and can only hae the carnation or the boost afterwards. I have purchased some boost but do not really like it as much as the carnation. Thank you    — reneemonique (posted on January 24, 2011)

Hi. I'm sorry I don't know where you can get the Carnation near you but I must say, I am surprised that your Dr or NUT has recommended Carnation Instant Breakfast and Boost. Have you heard of Vitalady.com? Look up her website. The orders get shipped pretty quickly. There are much better liquid protein alternatives.

I get mine from drugstore.com as well. I've never found the NSA at any local store.

I bought mine at Walmart in Niagara Falls, NY. Tops and Target had them too. If you don't mind a trip over the border, that's the best place to get them...at very low prices!

Hi Renee. I've been using this for years, and when I can't find it in the store, I order it from Amazon. You get discount for ordering in bulk, too. Good luck!

Thank you all for your answers. I will look into getting an inhanced drives licence so i can cross the boarder. Until then amazon sounds like a good choice. Thank you all!

It was recommented to me to use Carnation Instant Breakfast (no sugar) also ... it gave me diarrhea, so don't bother with it. Go to a healthfood store and get some protein isolate powder and mix with water (milk has too much sugar for you now, I think.)
