Has anyone been approved through Bright Medical with a BMI of 40 and no other

Anyone with Bright medical/Cigna HMO, BMI of 40 and no other co-morbidities been approved? I have been doing everything they ask for 7 months and now they are giving me a tough time because I don't have diabetes, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, etc. Please help me with the approval process.    — margaret34 (posted on October 19, 2006)

At least two that are easily overlooked are depression and shortness of breath. Do you ever suffer from Acid reflux? Do your joints ache (ever)? Swelling of your feet? Good luck to you.
