As you've just had your surgery recently, you are going to have areas of
pain all around your abdomen as things heal. Since you are keeping your
food down, it's doubtful you have a stricture. Typically those with
strictures can't keep anything down and vomit everything up, even water.
I'm 3 months out almost and still have sore spots around my stomach from
the surgery. Remember that you just had your internal organs majorly moved
and mooched around in order to get this done so as things heal up you are
going to have some odd pains.
There's also the possibility that maybe you popped one of the stitches
inside your abdomen. I ended up doing that accidentally when I got hung up
in bed and couldn't get up. I didn't seriously injure myself, just caused
myself some major discomfort until it healed.
Good luck, and I wouldn't worry that it's anything really major.

You artetill healing, so of course you atill have pain! If you have a
bowel obstruction, you willl know it! the pain will be severe, and you
will not be able to have BMs. You will feel as though you always have to
go.
You just had major surgery, and it takes time to heal.
