It's time to join the Grad list. There is a lot of combined long term
experience on this list and I'd recommend it in conjunction with this site
and any local lists you use.

My surgeon told me low carb, high protein for life. I don't count
calories, just watch my sugar intake and eat protein first. I find too
many carbs make me hungrier! I do have to be waary of head hunger, though.

Hey there...
This is the important thing for me...NUTRITION... Protein, veggies, I do
stay away from eating rice, pasta and bread...
If I know that I am getting my meal replacement shakes in 2 xs a day and I
get my 125 grams of protein in and balance all that out...I will stay the
way that I am...I also eat a sweet potatoe and Oatmeal daily... Those are
great carbs...
There is a science behind everything I do... I know exactly how to regain
weight that was not needed.. I exactly now know how to keep lean by
changing a mindset of the old FAT BRAIN!
I will not eat less than 1250 callories a day, but hey I must admit...I do
not count them.. I just have figured out the science behind an obese
mind!!!
Looking to change? You can do it!!!
Celeste Momin from 327 to 125... I love my healthy body!!!
