I too had rotator cuff tears and a tendon tear in both shoulders due to an
injury. My doctor approved my surgery for my shoulders one month after my
WLS. Not the ideal but necessary. I came through it just fine but at this
point don't want anymore surgeries. Although I have to have the other one
done pretty soon. I am not sure what your complete question was so let me
know if I can help you in any way.

Im not sure what kind of problems you are having such as?
Stiffiness, pain, aching, stabbing,or etc. I had a problem after lossing
weight with my hip. My pain was sore and stiff. My Dr Diagnosis was
brusitis and he treated me with a shot of cortisone to the area and some
pain meds. Sometimes it flares up and all I have to do is go see him for a
shot and that takes care of it. Heres a web site for more info.

Joyce I find this odd after reading the replies to how many people are
having this problem. I two had to have a MRI done and discovered that both
my shoulder musles are torn. It does not give me very much trouble until
cold weather. I will live with mine for awhile longer....I hope the next
surgery I have will be the reconstruction surgery...
